Located in Historic Trolley Square since 1972, we've been satisfying the local Salt Lake community with hand crafted food and beer for decades. In our roots, we began with a simple offering of food and poured Coors to college students. Over time however, we have evolved and expanded into a full service brewpub, with made from scratch food and finely crafted beers alike while still maintaining our local relaxed vibe.
Our brewery operation began in 1995 and within a year we went on to win Utah's first gold medal and the GABF for our Happy Valley Hefeweizen. We have continued winning medals ever since, most recently with 2 Gold Medals and the 2015 Mountain Brewers Festival for our Road Rage Rye and Dunkelweizen. Currently we have four beers that are always on tap (Hefeweizen, Pilsner, Pale Ale, and Stout) in addition to four rotating seasonal taps and one cask conditioned handle.
The menu has kept some of the 35 year favorites while adding and changing over time to more modern offerings. We have a specials menu that changes bi-weekly to explore current trends and maintain variety for our dedicated local following.
